Our Return and Exchange Policy

Overview

Most of our products are custom made or made to order. This makes them ineligible for a refund unless it is a fault of ours in making the product.  Notification must be made within 7 days of delivery if an image is damaged and include pictures so I can file a claim on your items and get a new one on the way!

We strongly recommend choosing priority shipping on tumblers and similar items. Priority shipping leaves your product with insurance covering lost mail and damaged mail. 

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Digital Files-Due to them being delivered digitally there are no refunds!

Shipping returns

If a refund is given due to damage covered by priority and not wanting a replacement I will again need pictures to send to the postal service before I can file the report and issue a refund. If refund is given by fault of us we will let you know if we need the product. We will advise you whether to keep and send back with a paid label or toss out the item.

If for some reason you are getting a refund and it is no fault of ours you will pay the return shipping.
